On the other hand, there are certain difficulties that make people think about leaving their jobs. They feel frustrated about their elections in life because certain difficulties they can not over come. It is then when they must find a quick solution to be out of their problems and go on with their jobs.
As a matter of fact, during the months that my practices lasted, I had to face with some difficulties within the classroom. In relation to the experience I had in the first practice period I worked with children from a public school who had never been in contact with the language. This fact caused that the period I spent with the children lasted a bit more than it should be. The first two weeks, were extremely stressful since I had to double the efforts to make them understand and interpret the new language. After almost two months of hard work students finally accomplished their aim and knew a bit a bout this foreign language. After all, they learnt the basis of the language

Enjoy your job
Fortunately, there are some people who could find a balance between work and free time, or in other words between work and health, because without health, people wouldn’t be able of working. They found the way to manage their time between their job and leisure; practicing any sport, taking short but regular walks, or just sharing some free time with relatives or friends. What is important to mention, is the fact that most people think in a positive way towards their jobs; they consider it as a way of dignifying themselves and their lives. They fell they are qualified by their skills at doing a certain activity and thus cared by their superiors and even their colleagues because of their abilities. In some way or another, their jobs raise their self steam and they can see life from a different perspective.
Value what you do
There are few things in life that people consider as personal belongings and from which they feel proud of, such as love, friendship, honour, etc. But among those possessions it is thought that work may strength people’s self-steam and in occasions work makes people feel they are valuable to others at some extent. However there are cases in which external situations may turn people’s work into real odysseys. People should seek for practical solutions to solve such situations and take a long and deep breath before making a mistaken decision.
To begin with, most people consider working the only way out of reaching a comfortable lifestyle provided with all the imaginable comforts and commodities. Those who want to enjoy these types of commodities, spend most of their time immersed in their offices or having twenty four hour meetings in seek for a successful business. They almost live in their offices; in a word they live for working and not the other way round, work to live. Moreover, they spend no time at home or to leisure.

The bus stop
A long time ago when returning home after a regular exhausting routinely day, I was standing ,resting on the column of the bus station, waiting for the bus n°12,which as usual was playing hard to get. Fortunately at the end, it appeared and I got into it. There were plenty of free seats to chose, and as usually I went to the back seats. After 10 minutes of travelling all of out of the blue a gorgeous guy got into the bus, every single person in the public transportation turn around to see him and to admire his beauty, his easiness, his rhythm while walking. I pursued every single movement he did at the same moment that he sat in one of the first seat in the single row. But after a few minutes he dithered, turn his head and had a quick look at the back part of the bus, then he stood up indiscreetly, I may say. There I was baying all his movements and without noticing I look him at his eyes. I got paralyzed, hypnotized to see that he sat besides me. Minutes later he asked me” would you be kind and tell me what time it is?" I, slave of his words, answered at light speed:" its 4:16".In that moment I was listening to my Hyde part who insisted to tell him something more imprudent. But I thought it for such a long time that I got lost in my mind. It was clear my opportunity was gone. I went home feeling crestfallen and stupid, thinking in what had happened and what would have been.
Changing
It is funny to see how life changes a person in many ways. Whenever I look back to see the way I was, I am surprise to realise how far I have changed. When I was younger I used to go out every single weekend; even on Sundays. I usually went to meetings parties and discos .I was young and I wanted to live my life fully. Sometimes I think I never realise the risks I exposed myself. That is a characteristic that time and maturity has also changed on me. I have become more responsible and conscious of the every day life risks outside in the streets. I notice that feature any time I choose to stay at home watching a movie instead of going out on a Saturday night. However, from time to time I let myself enjoy life. Last Saturday was just superb! First, I celebrated the student’s day with my students; they were very surprised when I gave them a big cake. I could not have imagined the effect it would have on them; such a little detail turned a common afternoon into an especial one. They could not stop repeating "thank you teacher”. Those were pleasant words that sounded into my head the whole afternoon. I really thought I made something different to change such a routinely day.
A terrible illness
The first time I heard about this illness was when I was twelve .My uncle was diagnosed with diabetes at the age of thirty. I remember how he suffered in those days. And the suffering was even bigger because he had to restrict what was of big importance to him "The Food”. He was raised with the mentality that people should live to eat and not eat to live. A kind of though that still some people have, especially old people. So when he was asked to go under a diet he just became hysterical.
His doctor warned him to control it or the consequences could be terrible — he could end up blind or lose a leg. His kidneys could fail.
Diabetes affects the sugar level in person’s body and the psychological mental state too. A diet for people with this ill is based on a reduced amount of carbohydrate. And they should avoid any kind a sugar excess.
Unfortunately, that was too much for my poor uncle, he could not control himself as far as food was concerned, he ate everything he could, then he faced the crisis of having his body infected with high sugar level.
Even his personality changed completely. He became a child who went furious whenever his wife or children encouraged him to stop eating and to stat a diet. He became jealous, evil and greed .As controlling his body reaction to sugar was a lost fight sooner he got immersed in a deep, unbearable depression. It affected him in such a way that in a matter of 10 years he lost his job. Having no job made it even worst; just like lost sheep he found refuge in alcohol and gambling. This person was not the one who used to take care of me anymore, he was somebody else .A person who gambled 3 cars, a house, who drank my scholar tuition every month.
He maintained this behaviour for years and years, even after he was kicked off my house, even after he lost eeverything, even after 3 hearts attacks and a close encounter to death. Last year he lost his leg, but all the same he keeps his evil habits against himself.
The last thing I knew was that he was trying to defeat his addiction of alcohol. I whish he could do it. All the same it is too late.

What a responsibility!
Being a parent is a difficult, full time job; if such a responsibility can be called a job; I dare say it is a gift .And what is worst there is no book or further instruction to let a person to proceed correctly to fulfil this task. I think that a person should be preparing for such task in order not to commit mistakes that will remain forever in the child ´s life. I think that both my parents did what they could, especially taking into account the fact that they both worked outside home and our grandmothers took turns to take care of us. So I guess that to begin with I would wish to have a child. Then love the baby.
One important aspect that I would take into account is communication. Sometimes the generation gap could become a drawback between parents and children. I remember when I was a child that there were things that I was not supposed to do or say, yet never knew that reasons. Later on when completely grown up I found out the reasons.
For these reasons and a lot more I still don’t know, just till the day I became a mother; I hope to have enough patient and wisdom to bring up my kids the best possible way.

The importance of life
Life is by far one of the greatest mysteries in man’s life. What are we? Where we came from? What is our mission in Earth? In case we have one. Opposite to these uncertainties about life, also emerges the concept of death. Religious would say that when dying people dye to a worldly life to born to a spiritual one and that death is also part of life. However, there are people who can not endure with the fact of loosing a close relative. The following poem written by Edna St Vincent Millay and the extract taken from “At the Bay” by Katherine Mansfiel illustrates both views of death.
To begin with, the title of the poem “Dirge without music” gives the reader a first glance of what will be the content of the poem. Dirge is a sad song sung at funerals; in this case the feeling grief of such event is emphasized by the absence of music which at the time appears in the text as a metaphor of life. The theme of the poem is “death” and a sub-theme would be “grief after the death of a loved person” and “lack of resignation”; being the last mentioned the most exploited by the speaker of the poem. The vocabulary is simple and clear. However, it is explicit and rich as regard to the use of nouns to describe the positive aspects of people: “the beautiful, the tender”, characteristics only appreciated after facing death. As well as the accurate use of adjectives to describe some features: “elegant and curled is the blossom”. Moreover, the writer selection of some words and phrases contributes effectively to the reader’s understanding of such a sorrowful event. In “down into the darkness of the grave”; readers can realize how deep is the pain caused with this death.

Listen to your internal voice
Not only gender stereotypes affect girls but also boys whose feelings and opinions were left aside during centuries. The study also mentions that even boys who seem OK in the surface are silently suffering inside. Besides this suffering they feel disconnected to their own selves and in most of the cases alienated from peers, siblings and even parents. What makes this discovery more serious is the fact that these feelings of isolation and loneliness may last throughout boyhood and continue till adult life. After reading and reflecting on such declarations the one million dollar question would be: why is it that boys suffer? What is the main cause of their pains? And in case they suffering what makes they remain in silence instead of shouting to the world what is really going on inside them just like their sisters and female partners do? Well, finding the answer or the various answers to those questions will come to uncover a truth no one dares say that boys and men also feel the heavy influence of society on them. These days general view of boys and men is that of the rude and tough man who has neither pains nor complaints. This view of men became almost into a myth difficult be removed by modern boys or young men who are trying to find a way out of such prototype, a task difficult to achieve since their own parents still believe in that mythical image of man.
Boys and men of this century are facing the great challenge of behaving and acting just the way they feel without being taken by impostors or false men. The fact they openly express their feelings and emotions does not make them weaker or less male prototypes. On the contrary, this revelation of the self dignifies them as beings who just want to coherent with the way they behave and how they feel.

Push him out of the nest or he will never fly
Over the years, gender differences were at the eye of the storm. Women claimed for fair treatment and job opportunities while their male counterparts assure women’s right place was at the home sweet home. But time has passed and expectations and roles, for both men and women, have also changed. According to the following quotation taken from a recent psychological study called Listening to Boys’ Voices society’s gender stereotypes about girls are taking a turning point. Specialists and people in general have started to make some progress in helping girls gain greater freedom and become empowered. The given help resulted in the creation of active women who seem to be very concerned about getting more benefits as regard job opportunities and fair payment. Although these achievements, there are still women who ask for real maternity benefits and suitable treatment from their male superiors.
Has this issue related to women being considered so deeply that it seems to be that everybody forgot about boys’ needs or worse, they think boys wishes are not a matter of real interest. No one can deny the fact that women’s achievements were of a significant change in women’s fundamental roles within society. However, nowadays that society that once pushed for gender equality is the one that pre-judge and condemns boys’ behaviour today.
